Résumé

After noting that the frequent practice in secondary-refrigerant circuits of using throttle valves instead of individual control devices has not led to satisfactory results, the author presents a new method that, with real-time monitoring and steady brine valves, makes it possible to keep the circulating temperature of the secondary-refrigerant at the highest allowable value for product storage.
