Résumé
On a étudié le riz et le maïs dans les conditions des Etats-Unis du sud-ouest par la simulation. Des quatre statégies d'aération traditionnelles, l'aération continue a donné les meilleurs résultats. L'aération réfrigérée empêche les pertes dues à la moisissure.
