Various aspects of preharvest (such as environmental and management practices), harvest (including stage of harvest) and postharvest (such as rehydration, precooling, storage environment, and packaging techniques) and factors for prolonging the life and quality of cut flowers are reviewed, with emphasis on future research needs.
