Résumé

On the basis of the results, the optimal harvest time of carrot and white cabbage intended for long-term storage begins at the end of September after which the yield increase is slow and storability is good. The sensory quality of white cabbage also improved with later harvest, which further supports the optimal timing of harvest in October.
