These proceedings contain 53 papers in Serbian and the CD-ROM includes 10 original papers in English as well as 31 translations in English presented at this congress, co-sponsored by the IIR, held in Belgrade, Serbia. Topics were on: refrigeration, systems and new refrigeration technologies; heat pumps with various energy sources; district heating, district systems, new measures of rationalization; HVAC&R systems and indoor air quality; HVAC&R equipment and systems: information technologies and prediction of climate changes, increase of energy efficiency; air conditioning and ventilation: air systems; adaptive buildings: towards zero energy buildings; thermal production, cogeneration, trigeneration; energy efficient buildings and their equipment; energy efficiency of buildings: direction to the energy needs reduction to 30%.
