Résumé

This CD-ROM comprises 7 papers presented during the 2002-2003 session: the role of microelectromechanical systems in the refrigeration industry; CO2 vs. NH3: a comparison of two systems; development of heat pumps utilising R410A; requirements for HFC refrigerants in a competitive environment; cooling of underground railways; frost-free operation of large and high-rise cold stores; the cryogenic freezing of non-metallic pipelines. The CD-ROM also contains the minutes of meetings and the report of the Executive Council.Some of the advanced proofs have been abstracted in earlier issues of the Bulletin of the IIR (see references 2003-2576, 2736, 2758, 3010 and 3014).
