This CD-ROM comprises 7 papers presented during the 2002-2003 session: the role of microelectromechanical systems in the refrigeration industry; CO2 vs. NH3: a comparison of two systems; development of heat pumps utilising R410A; requirements for HFC refrigerants in a competitive environment; cooling of underground railways; frost-free operation of large and high-rise cold stores; the cryogenic freezing of non-metallic pipelines.
