The effects of slow-release SO2 generators during cold storage of table grapes.

Résumé
The results showed that grapes could be stored successfully for 120 days in perforated or unperforated polyethylene bags with slow-release SO2 generators. Controls showed heavy losses after 3.5 months due to decay.
