Résumé

This final report (see also this Bulletin, references 2001-2589, 2591, 2592) is a contribution to the study "Economic evaluation of quantitative objectives for climate change" on behalf of the Commission of the European Union, Directorate General Environment. Extract from the table of contents: methodology; processes, emissions and abatement options (HFCs: production and use of foams; refrigeration and stationary air conditioning; mobile air conditioning); results (aggregated emissions 1990, 1995 and baseline until 2010; uncertainty of HFC-emission estimates : comparisons refrigeration and air conditioning on the national and European levels; cost estimates); fields for future research.
