Résumé

The paper describes a new ice slurry generator. Water is supercooled (-2 °C) and mixed in a specially designed pipe, with a 2% flow of water at 0.5 °C. Ice crystals then appear when an ultrasonic wave is created in the mixture. Tests are described.
