Résumé

Modern cooling systems applied in diaries have been described in the paper. The selected synthetic refrigerants have been characterized. These refrigerants have been compared with ammonia. The features of selected cooling systems in dairies along with technical assessment have been presented. The exemplary refrigeration system will be characterized in the next part of the paper along with assessment of the alternative two solutions of the cooling systems based on the application of long-term prospective working fluids. The technical and economical assessment of these systems will be presented. See also this Bulletin, reference 2009-1194.
