Résumé

Modern cooling systems applied in diaries have been described in the first part of the paper (see this Bulletin, reference 2009-1193). The selected synthetic refrigerants have been characterized. These refrigerants have been compared with ammonia. The features of selected cooling systems in dairies along with technical assessment have been presented. The refrigeration system examined has been characterized in this part of the paper along with assessment of the alternative two solutions of the cooling systems based on the application of long-term prospective working fluids. The technical and economic assessment of these systems has been presented.
