Food safety is a complex area with many elements to consider to ensure a food product is of the quality and safety expected by the consumer. Approaches include: HACCP, shelf-life validation, microorganism identification and advice, as well challenge testing foods with known microorganisms. These services are available to facilitate the implementation of food safety.
