2026 International Symposium on Ice, Frost and Snow Technology

Research on ice, frost and snow technology involves multiple disciplines such as refrigeration and air conditioning, civil engineering and architecture, mechanical manufacturing, transportation, power transmission, food refrigeration, and cryogenic medicine. It is a widely influential fundamental research hotspot within the discipline of refrigeration and cryogenic engineering. To exchange the latest research progress in the field of ice, frost and snow technology both at home and abroad, and to promote the communication and learning among young scientific and technological workers in the refrigeration and low-temperature field, the 2026 International Symposium on Ice, Frost and Snow Technology is specially organized. The aim is to promote the continuous deepening of basic research and the wide application of basic research by exchanging research methods, technologies and achievements related to ice in different fields. To serve the goals of frost, ice and snow control in various fields, and also to further enrich the academic theory of the refrigeration discipline in the field of phase change heat transfer. Meanwhile, the conference will hold the second meeting of the first term of the Ice, Frost and Snow Technology Working Group of the China Association of Refrigeration.

This symposium is jointly organized by the China Association of Refrigeration, the Beijing Association of Refrigeration, the Ice, Frost and Snow Technology Working Group of the China Association of Refrigeration and Beijing Institute of Technology.
