Launched in 2008, Chillventa is held every two years as the world's leading exhibition for refrigeration, AC, ventilation and heat pump technologies.

Reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving energy-efficiency, and bringing in sustainability are the central forces in the development and refinement of products and systems for refrigeration, AC & ventilation, as well as heat pumps. Chillventa aims to connect experts on these subjects and core themes that include the use and the prevention of heat wastage. It focuses on involving more than just treated refrigerants into the circular economy.

Chillventa also provides a platform for professionals across refrigeration, HVAC, heat pump, electrical and plumbing businesses, manufacturers, operators, specialist retailers and wholesalers, building services designers, and architects. As a highly valuable global trade fair, it attracted 1,010 exhibitors from 49 countries in its 2024 edition, in addition to 33,076 trade visitors.
