Summary

This newly developed horizontal scroll compressor (1.8 kilowatt) necessitated the development of an axial compliance mechanism for compensating liquid compression, an oil pump mechanism for lubrication and a suppression mechanism for oil discharge. This new machine allows a reduction of external unit of split air conditioner of about 25%, increasing also the efficiency by about 10%.
