THE GENERATOR IS A KEY COMPONENT OF THE ABSORPTION-DIFFUSION REFRIGERATOR AND THE PROPER SELECTION OF ITS PRINCIPAL DIMENSIONS WILL EXERT AN INFLUENCE ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE REFRIGERATING SYSTEM. THIS PAPER ANALYSES THEORETICALLY THE CIRCULATION OF REFRIGERANT IN THE GENERATOR AND DERIVES AN INTERRELATED EQUATION FOR THE DETERMINATION OF OPTIMAL SIZES OF THE GENERATOR.
