Building owners today are faced with many issues when selecting appropriate mechanical equipment, including energy efficiency, indoor air quality, CFC replacement, and deregulation. Because of these issues, gas technologies, particularly direct-fired absorption chillers and engine-driven chillers, are becoming increasingly popular with many owners and engineers.
