An efficient deep-cooling process for rubber or plastic material pre-treatment prior to its crushing and recycling.
Author(s) : KUCERA M., OTA J., SCHUSTR P.
Summary
The economic process of deep cooling and the corresponding technology described in the paper is based on utilizing the potentials of thermodynamic laws and characteristics of rubber or plastic materials as well as the advantages of standard compressor refrigerating units and a full utilization of liquid nitrogen and cooling capacity of its cold vapours. This process is used for scrap tyre crushing.
