Summary

SINCE STANDARD TYPE AIR CONDITIONERS ARE UNSUITABLE FOR THE AMBIENT CONDITIONS IN COMMERCIAL KITCHENS, THE AUTHORS HAVE DEVELOPED A SPECIAL CONDITIONER TO COPE WITH SEVERE ENVIRONMENTAL ATMOSPHERES. A SPECIAL FILTER TO HANDLE THE OIL LADEN ATMOSPHERE WAS DESIGNED AND THE TESTS TO WHICH IT WAS SUBMITTED ARE DESCRIBED. DETAILS ARE GIVEN OF THE SPECIFICATIONS, CONFIGURATION, STYLE AND ALSO THE INTERNAL COMPONENTS OF THE CONDITIONER.
