Summary

The present paper is devoted to primary discussions and analysis of the simulation of air flows and thermal patterns in an open football stadium. Numerical simulation of a typical model is presented. The current numerical model investigates the influence of location and number of air-conditioning supply jets on air-flow properties in the field and adjacent spectators' area. The work focuses on air-flow patterns, thermal behavior and thermal comfort parameters in both playground field and adjacent spectators' area.
