Summary
The capacity of the Parisian "Climespace" system, set up in 1990 to provide air conditioning by a chilled water distribution network, will pass from 26,500 kilowatts in May 1993 to 51,000 in 1994 and 160,000 in 1999. The advantages of this network are given: elimination of refrigeration systems and their heat dissipation along with their pollution, operating flexibility and safety, cost reduction, easier maintenance, competitive tarifs, user friendlier management.
