Next in importance to selecting a competent engineer to design and inspect an HVAC project, every sizeable HVAC project should have its controls commissioned by a registered Control Systems Engineer (if possible) or at least a professional engineer with demonstrated HVAC controls experience. The process of controls commissioning is of primary importance to a properly operating building.
