IN THE COMPUTER SIMULATION, THE CYLINDER VOLUME WAS DIVIDED INTO 3 VOLUMES: THE SUCTION VOLUME S, THE COMPRESSION VOLUME C AND THE CLEARANCE VOLUME V. THE OPERATION PROCESS DURING ONE ROTATION WAS DIVIDED INTO 7 STEPS. USING A MODEL OF THE BEARING, THE LOSSES DUE TO FRICTION WERE CALCULATED. THE RESULTS OF CALCULATIONS AND OF TESTS CARRIED OUT ON A ROLLING PISTON COMPRESSOR OF 890 WATTS ARE IN GOOD CORRELATION.
