Summary
Contrary to the 2-point-control, the fuzzy control strategy can check different loads in cold chambers, so that an optimal capacity control of the cooling spots is possible. This capacity control needs energy management and self optimizing defrosting on demand. Two examples show the advantages of the fuzzy control system.
