Summary
Notes that the inclusion of cooling ceilings into air conditioning systems has opened the way to retrofit existing buildings with cooling ceiling components to meet increased cooling demands with high levels of comfort. The lower volumes of air that have to be transported reduce energy consumption. Describes several examples of retrofitting of existing buildings with cooling ceilings, plus their installation in a new extension.
