Coupling electricity generation, heating and cooling.
Mechanische Kraft-Wärme-Kälte-Kopplung.

Summary
Coupling of a total energy system and an absorber water chiller works satisfactorily in many systems. Coupling electricity generation, heating and cooling is also possible by using mechanical links. A gas engine drives a generator with two shaft ends. A rotary screw compressor is coupled to the free shaft end. The unit can work as a gas heat pump, total energy system or an electrically operated refrigeration plant. Thus substantial savings in primary energy are possible. CO2 emission is substantially reduced.
