Summary

With the development of national economy, electric load increases continuously. It is particularly outstanding that the electric load proportion is increasing which of centralized and resident air conditioning in the whole city. As a new air-conditioning technology, energy storage air conditioning is an effective method to relieve the contradiction between the investment of power generation and transmission and the newly added power consumption using "peak load shifting". In this paper, the two-temperature energy storage and saving air-conditioning system will be designed specifically for a new miniature villa in Shanghai, which combines a reverse cycle air conditioning system with eutectic-salt storage system. This system can not only meet the requirement of cooling and heating, but also make full use of the policy "TOU price" to reduce the operation cost of air conditioner.
