THE MAINTENANCE NEEDS OF DISPLAY CABINETS ARE DETERMINED, LIKE ITS LIFE CYCLE, IN THE ENGINEERING PHASE. IN FACT, DISPLAY CABINETS HAVE 2 KINDS OF LIFE CYCLES, THAT OF THE CABINET AND THAT OF THE REFRIGERATION INSTALLATION (EXCEPTIONS ARE THE < READY TO PLUG IN > FURNITURE). BOTH HAVE THEIR OWN CRITERIA FOR REPLACEMENT. NORMALLY, CABINETS ARE REPLACED BY NEW TRENDS IN TIME, WHILE INSTALLATIONS ARE REPLACED ON TECHNIA N. THE ARTICLE CONFINES ITSELF TO THE MAINTENANCE AND LIFE CYCLE OF DISPLAY CABINETS.
