THE AUTHOR REPORTS A SIMPLE METHOD FOR CALCULATING SAVINGS IN REFRIGERATION IN THE CASE OF TWO REFRIGERATED CABINETSWITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF INSULATION, ONE WITH A DIFFERENCE OF 18 K BETWEEN AN EXTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 293 K (20 DEG C) AND AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 275 K (2 DEG C), THE OTHER WITH A DIFFERENCE OF 38 K BETWEEN AN EXTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 293 K (20 DEG C) AND AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 255 K (-18 DEG C).
