Summary

THE CONDUCTIVITY OF THIN AND NARROW NIOBIUM FILMS IN THE RESISTIVE STATE IS STUDIED IN A BROAD FREQUENCY RANGE (1-400 MEGAHERTZ). THE FEATURES OF THE FREQUENCY DEPENDENCE OF CONDUCTIVITY DUE TO ELECTRON HEATING ARE FOUND. THE INFLUENCE OF HEATING ON THE VOLTAGE-CURRENT CHARACTERISTIC IS STUDIED THE EXPERIMENTAL DATA ARE FOUND TO BE IN AGREEMENT WITH THE THEORY OF HOMOGENEOUS HEATING OF ELECTRONS.
