Summary
Sorption heat transformer is heat driven cycle used in the industries to upgrade heat from low level to higher-level temperature. An accurate prediction of the efficiency of such heat cycle requires detailed calculation of the internal and external irreversibilities of the machine. The finite-time thermodynamic provides a simplest way to estimate the COP of sorption cycle. From the endo-reversible model the authors have derived an analytical expression of the COP of cycle at his maximum power production.
