Energy- and resource saving systems are the alternative to global warming.

Summary

The developed compact heat exchangers on the basis of a vertical gas-energy dividing tubes (VGEDT) and special high-effective bubblers and multispray distributors are characterized by large energy transfer density per unit volume of exchanger, small space, weight and cost compared to traditional conventional exchangers. VGEDT with a high efficiency of 0.92-0.96 divides the energy of the compressed gas and simultaneously generates large quantity of refrigerating and heat energy. In the applied systems with VGEDT for consumption of 2.5-3 m3/min. of the compressed air of the temperature 280-300 K generates an order 18 kilowatt of refrigeration capacity at the temperature of 280-283 K and 0.7 kilowatt heating capacity at the temperature of 360-390 K. At decreasing the temperature of the refrigerant to 250 K refrigeration capacity decreases to 1,2 kilowatt. Simultaneously, the heating capacity increases up to 18-19 kilowatt with dropping of the temperature of the hot agent from 390 to 300-310 K.
