REFRIGERATION IS USED TO RECOVER CONDENSABLE PRODUCTS FROM CHEMICAL GASES WHICH CONTAIN INERTS. THE VAPOUR PRESSURE AND RELATIVE VOLATILITIES OF THE CONDENSABLE VAPOURS AND THE TOTAL GAS PRESSURE DETERMINE THE NECESSARY TEMPERATURE LEVEL TO PRODUCE THE DERIVED PERCENT RECOVERY OF THE PRODUCT.
