European air conditioning sales show greater variability.
Type of article: Article
Summary
In 1994, sales of equipment reached just over 1 million units, an increase of 24% from 1989. They are expected to increase by 38% by 1999, to 1,375,000 units. Within this total are five categories: room units, mobile, split system, large packaged (over 7 kilowatts) and close-control systems for computer rooms, medical, and pharmaceutical applications. There is a fair amount of variability within the 1 million units. And 1999 output also would be significantly different from last year's.
