Summary

The paper introduces a new hand-held pressure stored liquid nitrogen medical cryogenic apparatus. Its main body is a stainless insulated vacuum vessel, with a plunger type jet valve and safety valve on the cover. The liquid nitrogen can be jetted out at a high flow rate when the arm is pulled down; the forceful thin flows can also be jetted by using various sizes of cryogenic needles. Operation is easy and safe, with good effects. It can be used for cryotherapy in plastic surgery, dermatology, otolaryngology, stomatology, gynecology, tumor ablation, etc.
