Summary

THE PAPER PRESENTS THE RESULTS OF COMBINED RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES CONCERNING INTENSIFICATION HEAT PIPES USED IN HEAT PIPE HEAT EXCHANGERS. THIS SORT OF RESEARCH HAS BEEN OCCASIONED BY INCREASED INTEREST IN HEAT POWER ECONOMY TRYING TO UTILISE WASTE HEAT PRODUCED BY VARIOUS TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES. THE DEVELOPED HEAT PIPES ARE DEPLOYED IN CONSTRUCTION OF AIR-AIR, GAS-AIR OR GAS-GAS HEAT RECOVERY EXCHANGERS IN THE FIELD OF AIR ENGINEERING AND AIR CONDITIONING.
