Summary
General heat transfer and friction correlations for louver fin geometry having round tube configuration are proposed. A total of 49 samples of louvered fin-and-tube heat exchangers with different geometrical parameters, including louver pitch, louver height, longitudinal tube pitch, transverse tube pitch, tube diameter, and fin pitch were used to develop the correlations.
