Summary

THE EFFECTS OF PRECIPITATION HEAT TREATMENT AND COLD WORKING AFTER THE HEAT TREATMENT ON THE SUPERCONDUCTING PROPERTIES WERE EXAMINED. TO OBTAIN HIGH CRITICAL CURRENT DENSITY IN HIGH FIELDS, A PROCESS EMERGES WHERE THE HEAT TREATMENT PRODUCING A MAXIMUM UPPER CRITICAL FIELD IS FOLLOWED BY SEVERE COLD WORKING. THE SUPERCONDUCTING PROPERTIES AT 1.8 K WERE THEN INVESTIGATED WHICH INDICATED THAT THE TEMPERATURE SCALING LAW MAY HOLD FOR THIS SUPERCONDUCTOR.
