Humid air: a set of simple and handy formulae.

L'air humide : un jeu de formules commodes et simples.

Author(s) : CADIERGUES R.

Type of article: Article

Summary

Formulae tend to be relatively complex and are generally used in order to establish humid-air diagrams. From a practical point of view, it is easier to use much simpler high-performance formulae such as those published in the Supplement to the AICVF Manual n. 2: practice and formulae (see IIR Bulletin, reference 1999-1305). The author has recently revised these formulae and his main conclusions, concentrating on the most important humid-air diagrams and those most suitable for pocket calculator or computer calculations, are published in this document.
