Hypermarkets: air conditioning and refrigerated cabinets.
Ipermercati: climatizzazione e mobili frigoriferi.

Type of article: Article
Summary
All types of roof-top air-conditioning units are available on the market. Dehumidifiers only seem to be able to produce very dry air, thus creating a dry air curtain around the refrigerated cabinets. The other systems allow to obtain air with 6-7.5 g/kg, in comparison with 8-9 g/kg with conventional equipment. The particularities of customers, who are accustomed to the style of specialized stores, are continually growing. Thus, within a few years, the large hypermarket chains will be obliged to treat quick frozen foods in specialised areas, or, at least, to improve the present conditions by using the types of solutions described in this article, or other new concepts.
