THIS PAPER STUDIES A PLANT WITH CHARACTERISTICS PROPER TO LARGE SYSTEMS FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS ; THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY IS TO OPTIMIZE THE ENERGY BALANCE BY THE INTEGRAL MANAGEMENT OF PLANT AND ENERGY. THE EQUIPMENT INCLUDES: BOILERS, REFRIGERATING TURBOCOMPRESSORS, GAS-GASOIL ENDOTHERMAL MOTORS/GENERATORS ; THE ENERGY USED IS ELECTRICAL POWER, GAS-OIL, GAS AND WELL WATER. THE BUILDING CONSIDERED WAS A VENTILATED AND AIR CONDITIONED AREA OF 63,000 M2 AND A VOLUME OF 244,000 M3. THE ENERGY CONSIDERED FOR ESTIMATION AND MANAGEMENT IS: 5,900 KILOW FOR SUMMER AIR CONDITIONING AND 4,250 KILOW FOR WINTER HEATING. THE ENERGY ANALYSIS WAS CARRIED OUT DURING ONE YEAR OF MANAGEMENT AND THE DATA ARE AVAILABLE DAILY.
