Summary

At the plenary meeting of CEN/TC 156 in London on September 30, 1996, the decision was taken to suspend the second formal vote on the draft pre-standard ENV 1752 "Ventilation for buildings-Design criteria for the indoor environment". The author concludes that the agreement in principle on the last modifications shows that the Fanger project cannot be used as a standard that must constitute a consensual document for a contract between owner and main contractor.
