Summary

The experience of automatic control technicians shows that the energy consumption of a well-controlled plant is reduced by 25-30% in comparison with a plant with poor control. According to the Italian standard "UNI 10348, Prospetto II", the effect of a good control is not higher than 15%. The memos propose to amend the ratios of the standard. J.G.
