Summary

AN EXPERIMENTAL-THEORETICAL METHOD IS PRESENTED FOR OPTIMIZING THE THERMAL AND FLOW PARAMETERS OF AIR COOLERS AND THE AUTHOR HAS DEVELOPED COOLER DIMENSIONS AND AIR FLOW REQUIREMENTS SO AS TO PROVIDE MINIMUM EQUIPMENT COSTS. THE EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS HAVE SHOWN THAT THE PROPOSED METHOD CAN SATISFACTORILY PREDICT AIR COOLER REQUIREMENTS.
