Summary
The paper analyses the principle of fan noise and refrigerant noise in a 4-way cassette indoor unit. The detailed research was performed by using the methods of noise source diagnosis and spectrum analysis. The main noise source was identified and theoretical calculation was carried out in combination with the experiments. Comparison of the ventilation noise, cooling noise and calculated refrigerant noise in different running modes. Some useful conclusions were drawn.
