THE NUMEROUS POSSIBILITIES OF FLUID CIRCULATION INSIDE A PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER COMPLICATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF A GENERAL METHOD FOR THE SOLUTION OF THE EQUATIONS DESCRIBING INTERNAL HEAT EXCHANGES. TWO NUMERICAL SOLUTION METHODS WERE DEVELOPED AND COMPARED. THEY GIVE THE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REQUIRED BY THE STUDY OF THE TREATMENT PROCESSES FOR PRODUCTS. THE RESULTS GIVE THE PARAMETERS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR THE DIMENSIONING OF EXCHANGERS SINCE LITERATURE DOES NOT CONTAIN THE REQUIRED DATA.
