THE COMPANY BASES THIS CLAIM ON THE USE OF COOLING MATS. THE PRECOOLERS ARE AIR COOLERS WITH DAMP PADS CONNECTED TO THE CONDENSER WHICH IS COOLED BY THE AIR FROM THE AIR CONDITIONING PLANT.
