THE AIM OF THIS ARTICLE IS TO PERMIT READERS TO VISUALIZE THE RELATIONSHIPS AMONG THE COMPONENTS OF THE COMPLETE SOLAR HVAC SYSTEM SO THEY CAN PROVIDE ANY COMPUTER CODE OR OTHER CALCULATION THEY DESIRE. USING THE PRINCIPLES AND RELATIONSHIPS REVEALED HEREIN, SOLAR HVAC SYSTEMS CAN OFTEN BE DESIGNED FOR A GIVEN PERFORMANCE TO REQUIRE NOT MORE THAN 70% OF THE COLLECTOR AREA REQUIRED BY THE FREQUENTLY USED EMPIRICAL DESIGN METHODS.
