Summary

EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS ON PRESSURE LOSSES AT FORCED FLOW OF TWO-PHASE NITROGEN IN HORIZONTAL CHANNELS WITH CIRCULAR AND RECTANGULAR CROSS-SECTIONS ARE CONSIDERED. THE EFFECTS OF PRESSURE, MASS VELOCITY AND VAPOUR QUALITY AT PRESSURE LOSSES ARE DERIVED. FORMULAS FOR PREDICTING FRICTION LOSSES UNDER OPERATING PARAMETERS ARE DEVELOPED.
